TCLOCS

A Pre-ride inspection of your motorcycle is your responsibility. The TCLOCS system is an easy way to remember the items that should be checked.

Tires: Check pressure (while cold). Check tire wear and the wheels for damage.

Controls: Inspect the condition of hoses, cables and levers. The throttle, clutch and brakes all operate properly.

Lights: Check operation of headlamp, turn signals, brake lights and battery. Inspect reflectors, lenses and wiring.

Oil: Check engine oil level and fuel level and for any leaks.

Chassis: Check frame condition, steering head, swing arm, suspension, forks, shocks, belt tension and sprockets. Be familiar with the suspension adjustments outlined in your owners manual and make sure your bike is set up to accommodate your load and type of riding.

Sidestand: Check condition and make sure the retention spring is in place.
